Q: My recipients country isn’t on the drop down list?
A: The gift you have selected may not be suitable for delivery to that country. No alcohol can be exported outside the EU. We have a range of gifts specific tailored for worldwide delivery. You can view this range in the Gifts Worldwide section.

Q: Can I change the contents of a hamper to suit our requirements?

Q: How will the recipient know who sent their gift
A: A gift card will accompany your gift with your personalised greeting. Please complete the greeting card field in Step 3 of the shopping cart with your message.

 

Q: Why can’t I proceed without filling in the recipients telephone number
A: All gifts are delivered by courier. To ensure timely and efficient deliveries our couriers need to be able to contact recipients to check suitable delivery times and to get directions if required.

 

Q: How long will my gift take to get there?

Q: What happens if a person is not in?
A: If the recipient is not at home a calling card will be put through the letter box or a message left on their telephone voicemail to inform them of the pending delivery. They can then contact the Delivery Company to arrange a suitable time for the next delivery. Or alternatively the parcel may be left with a willing neighbour.

Q: How much extra is delivery?
A: Delivery costs will differ depending on the product you have chosen and the destination. You can view delivery charges for each product destination prior to adding it to your cart by clicking on the drop down menu detailing other country delivery charges.

 

Q: How is VAT charged on my order?
A: No VAT is applicable on gifts being shipped outside the EU. Click here for further information on VAT rules. VAT exempt companies or companies registered in the UK that require gifts to be shipped to the UK can contact our sales team on +353 1 8828040 or colette@4giftsdirect.com to set up their corporate account.

 

Q: Will my Credit Card details be secure on your website?
A: Yes. The shopping Cart section of our website uses SSL security to encrypt your Credit Card details while they are been sent across the Internet.

 

Q: What methods of payment will you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Access, American Express, MasterCard, Laser.
